
Stephan began his career with National Self-Storage in 1984 and joined Executive Self-Storage in 1987 as Southeast Regional Director. Stephan has performed audits, feasibility studies, and directed the daily operations for over 1,500,000 square feet of storage. He was also responsible for handling site inspections for Citi Bank, First Union, and the RTC. In 1996 he went to work for Extra Space Management in Salt Lake City. He became Vice President of Operations in charge of feasibility studies, third party management, and facility operations of numerous properties over 10 states. Stephan has contributed feasibility related articles to Inside Self-Storage magazine as well as giving speeches and hosting round table events at the annual Inside Self-Storage convention in Las Vegas.
Tammy began her career with National Self-Storage in 1984. She specializes in marketing, site operations, and manager training. She frequently speaks, and hosts round tables at the Inside Self Storage convention in Las Vegas. Tammy has contributed management related articles to Inside Self Storage, the Mini Messenger, and Storage NOW magazines. Tammy is considered a self-storage expert and has managed or consulted on facilities across the United States.
Matthew has been involved in the self-storage industry since 2001. As a lifelong resident of Florida, Matthew relocated to Salt Lake City, UT in early 2001 to work within Cutting Edge's self-storage operations department. In early 2002, Matthew was promoted to East Coast Regional Vice President of Operations and was relocated back to Florida. Matthew specializes in site operations and has managed, consulted, or performed feasibility studies for facilities in Utah, Nevada, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, and Washington State. Matthew is also a board member of the Florida Self Storage Association.
James has been involved in the self-storage industry since 2000. Beginning as a facility manager in Salt Lake City, James was promoted to West Coast Regional Vice President of Operations for Cutting Edge in 2005. James specializes in facility operations and has managed, consulted, or performed feasibility studies for facilities in Utah, Arizona, Idaho, and Washington State.
